1. Service Agreement

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate vehicle details for service scheduling.
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or services not covered under standard packages.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Refunds are processed only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advanceof the scheduled service.
• In case of dissatisfaction, a free reworkmay be provided at our discretion.

3. Warranty & Liability

• Certain services like PPF & Ceramic Coatingcome with a manufacturer-backed warranty.
• Auto Nexus is not liable for pre-existing damages or any issues arising due to improper car maintenance post-service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Clients must remove personal belongings before service. Auto Nexus is not responsible for lost items.
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hoursafter service completion.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

• Auto Nexus reserves the right to modify or cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers will be notified in advance of any rescheduling requirements.

6. Privacy Policy

• Customer data is collected only for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
